Voltix Services has been awarded HVAC and Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts with Fox Court, Gray’s Inn Road, in the heart of London’s midtown. Fox Court is home to three occupational tenants; We Work, Telereal Trillium and Map of Medicine.
The office building comprises 99,644 sq ft arranged over sub-basement, basement, ground and seven upper floors, together with 36 car parking spaces in the basement. With a recently refurbished interior, the site offers modern and innovative office space in a sought-after
postcode and is in close proximity to Farringdon Station.

Voltix Services will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance of their heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as their planned preventative maintenance requirements.
Voltix Services’ highly-experienced, directly-employed technicians specialise in a broad range of disciplines and will be on hand to provide Fox Court a bespoke service supported by real-time reporting. We have a full-time engineer on site who will provide absolute peace of mind that the site runs at optimal efficiency.
