We understand urgency and the importance of flexibility. Our clients are offered a 24 hour call out facility, which operates 365 days a year with a maximum response time of 4 hours. Our highly experienced, directly employed technicians specialise in a broad range of mechanical and electrical disciplines, providing our clients with an excellent delivery partner for all their commercial installation, reactive maintenance and ongoing preventative maintenance requirements.​

Voltix Services uses industry-leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software that provides relevant data at the click of a button. This means that we are able to communicate effectively with our clients and resolve problems quickly. Having data easily accessible means that when a client raises any question or issue, we can get back to them immediately with the information to help them solve it. Many of our competitors lack this vital ability.

The CRM also helps us keep on top of maintenance work, with automatic triggers, data-logging and trend reporting ensuring that work is done proactively instead of reactively. With an in-house CRM developer, systems are fine-tuned and upgraded weekly.

Our History

As an engineer, Voltix Services’ Managing Director, Brian Sydney, began his career in the mining industry in South Africa before joining a facilities management company in London in 2000. He started as an engineer and worked his way up to becoming second-in-charge.

However, Brian wasn’t happy with the way that the company was being run; focus had shifted from professionalism to profit. Thus, Brian decided to start his own facilities management company, one with its clients’ best interests at the core of all its services.

Brian started Voltix Services in 2012, and the company has been growing steadily since – both geographically and in its service offering. From initially only offering electrical services, Voltix Services now boasts a full suite of facilities management services.

At the heart of the company’s organic growth is its client retention, which is indicative of the level of service its clients have come to expect. In fact, Voltix Services has retained a number of clients since inception, offering more services to these clients as the company has introduced them.

Today, the company is focused on reducing dependence on sub-contractors and increasing its own capabilities so that clients can be guaranteed the high level of services associated with the Voltix Services name.

A lot of other facilities maintenance companies keep doing things that way they’ve done them for 20 years. Forward-thinking Voltix is not one of them. Technology is transforming the way that Voltix Services is able to offer its services and the company is excited to embrace these changes and stay ahead of the curve.

Another area of rapid expansion is Voltix Services’ Internet of Things (IoT) department. Live monitoring onsite helps the company expand on the services it’s able to offer as well as to deliver on its 4-hour response time – with remote monitoring, the company often knows about a problem before the client does.
