Mobile Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Electrical Bias and general HVAC PPM maintenance and reactive call outs
- Attend and complete PPMs & Reactive works as scheduled, including breakdowns following instruction issued by the helpdesk and keeping them fully advised at all times
- General building services tasks
- Working as part of a mobile maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
Duties Will Include:
Electrical fault finding, wiring, emergency lights, power distribution, sockets, circuits, belts changes, filter changes and coil cleans on AHUs / FCUs, boiler resets, chiller checks, BMS Monitoring, water monitoring in commercial buildings only.

Predominantly London and the Home Counties
Requirements:
- Strong Electrical & HVAC experience
- Enthusiasm and demonstration of pro-activity, diligence, and alertness, with the willingness to participate in appropriate internal training programmes.
- Ability to comprehend and act upon both verbal and written instructions.
- Obtaining material costs and part numbers from specialist suppliers, providing this information to produce extra work proposals
- Timely completion of Work Report Sheets
- Participate in a call out rota
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- Must be prepared to work out of hours when required
- A smart, presentable corporate appearance
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Integrity, honesty, and punctuality is also expected.
- Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations about maintenance activities
- Valid proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Successful candidates are also required to pass a DBS check at our cost.
Key Qualifications:
- C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation (Or Equivalent)
- C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (Test & Inspection Cert preferred)
- 18th Edition
