Legislation identifies the cleanliness standards that should be met in a variety of situations, where ductwork is installed and regularly maintained.
Extract system cleaning and maintenance play a vital role in commercial kitchens. Regular cleaning is essential, as highly-flammable greasy deposits collect in kitchen extract systems, posing a significant fire hazard. We inspect extract systems as required by the building’s insurance policy, and ensure that they are always in compliance with Fire Safety and Workplace (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulations.
